In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase. **72-hour cancellation policy. If one cancels within 72-hours of scheduled adventure, patron will be charged the full amount of adventure. If one ‘no call, no show’, patron will be charged the full amount of adventure.

**All Lake Adventures are subject to weather and water quality.  If canceled due to weather and poor water quality, our guides will reschedule or a full refund will be given.
